The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Western Pennsylvania had plenty of volunteers to fill its numerous speaking requests, but the content and quality of the speeches were all over the map.

For this wonderful organization, we created a comprehensive Speakers Manual that included a library of facts about the organization, an updatable “bank” of anecdotes and “wish stories” to enliven speeches, detailed outlines for several types and lengths of speeches, audience FAQs, and real-world tips about speaking.

The organization reported that feedback about speeches (and speakers’ comfort levels!) improved considerably.
