The UPMC Health System is a regional giant, spread over a wide geographic area. Keeping all its constituencies informed about progress – sometimes in delicate situations – is a formidable task. Several times we have been asked to help by writing and producing videos (and also print pieces and PowerPoint presentations).

One example: for the first-ever meeting of the combined Boards of all the Health System’s organizations, we created a high-impact video to explain UPMC’s half-billion dollar commitment to upgrade information technology. The video “keynoted” a special meeting, and set the stage for a positive reaction to the new initiative.
