The UPMC Health System is a major and geographically dispersed organization. Sometimes it’s hard for the System’s 25,000 employees to see the “big picture” and to know the reasons behind the changes they experience in their workplaces.

UPMC asked us to produce a series of PowerPoint presentations to lay out the Health System’™s overall philosophy, and to explain significant events. The tone of the communications – firm, straightforward, and positive – was vitally important. To ensure quality and message consistency, we created audio tracks with music and scripted narration.

The presentations (the first of which was called “Reality Check” and the rest “InSights”) were shown during every shift at every Health System site; we’re told they were helpful in getting employees up to speed and on board.
